    You will thoroughly enjoy the sweet and charming comfort of the Historic Helm-Blair Farm House that joins the historic cabin property totalling 131 acres. We purchased this farm house last fall. Our idea was to keep the house as original as we could. But with news that the oak floors could not be salvaged we decided to do a complete "renovation". The pictures show it pretty well but you will just have to come for a visit to get a real feel of the place. The Historic Helm-Blair Farm House is complete with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as home! All you need to bring is your food, drink and personal items. OH, Searcy county is a dry county so if you drink you will need to bring your own supply (BROB). The house sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen size bed in the living room and 2 double beds in the bedroom. Enjoy watching DVD's (some provided) OR listen to the "old fashioned" looking stereo with CD player (some provided) and radio, it even plays old records (not provided, yet)! There is also a gas BBQ and a perfect picnic area! There is also a large screened in back porched with lovely rattan furniture where you can sit and enjoy your morning or evening coffee, tea, or cocktails!! You will love this place as much as we do!
