Hi,

 My name is David Beck and my wife and I own the Wits End Ranch in St. Joe, Arkansas. The annual Buffalo National River Festivals will be held on the on the 3rd weekend in May and the first Saturday in October.

 There will be 80-120, 10 X 15 booth spaces available. (you furnish your own covering, tables…) We are looking to lease spaces to craftspeople, natural/health & food product vendors and Christmas/holiday product vendors. The setting is a hilltop over looking the Buffalo National River Park with amazing views. The booth spaces surround the Wits End Ranch main house & bunk house, where food and beverages will be sold and a few indoor spaces leased that are under roof and have electric. Please call for pricing on the indoor spaces.

 The Wits End Ranch property is located just off hwy.65 and offers:

• Easy access from hwy 65 on a paved road.

• Great location-less than 2 hours from Little Rock, Fayetteville, AR & the  Springfield/Branson, MO areas.

• 25,000+ visitors to the Middle Buffalo National River area in October each year.

• We will help you find a place to stay during the festival. There are hotels, camping in nearby towns and the National Park’s, Tyler Bend campground, that borders the Wits End Ranch.

• Musicians will be playing periodically on site during the festival.

• Set up can begin 3 days prior to festival.

• A free booth rental for the following year at either the spring or fall festival for the booth voted the best by the visitors to the festival.

• Wits End Ranch personnel on site 24 hours a day.

• No % commission taken from your sales. Flat rate lease fee only!
